These are some of the questions we get most frequently.

  • I currently do all of my coaching online. This allows me to serve the greatest number of people. I Will Train is predicated on the flexibility to stay on track whether you are at home or traveling and delivering coaching during your “off days” and in between training sessions.

  • Yes, Brian is the only coach for I Will Train. While there may be a time when I need additional coaches to help me serve the thousands of people we’re going to reach, I will do everything in my power to maintain my connection with the followers of I Will Train.

  • I can assure you that all of the coaching options are meant for all levels. Some programs are more advanced than others but everything is scaled to your ability level. If you’re new to exercise or have been away for a while, you’ll have plenty of time to get acclimated before things get too intense for you.

  • Programs

    Due to the fact that proprietary information is released immediately upon the purchase of a program, we cannot offer refunds on programs.

    Community

    You can try our community for 30 days, risk-free. All we ask is that you follow the rules of the group and complete the assigned tasks. If you do that and you’re not completely satisfied you’re eligible for a 100% refund.

    Private Coaching

    If you sign up for private coaching and at the end of your coaching program, have not achieved the outcome agreed upon by you and your coach, you will continue to receive coaching until you reach your goal, at no extra cost. However, we cannot offer refunds due to the release of proprietary information during the coaching process.

  • Yes, nutrition guidance is included in all of the coaching options. I want you to get results and that just won’t happen by addressing exercise alone. Nutrition is what allows you to train hard and recover properly. Without good nutrition, any results won’t last.

  • Yes. Once you’re logged into the app, click “Start Workout” and then click on the exercise in question. A video demonstration of the exercise will pop up for you to follow.

  • If you purchased a program or signed up for a challenge, you should have gotten and email from I Will Train. Please check your spam folder. If you still aren’t able to get logged in, reach out HERE.

  • While a gym membership isn’t required, it can be helpful unless you have a full home gym. We have options regardless of your situation but people who work out in a separate environment tend to work out longer, more consistently, and at higher intensities.
