iWillTrain.com is a golf performance coaching platform that helps golfers of all levels improve their fitness, power, and movement. We apply evidence-based protocols used on the PGA Tour to help you move better, swing more efficiently, and play your best golf.

We work with golfers at all levels—from beginners wanting to improve their swing, to avid players chasing more distance, to elite athletes focused on injury prevention and peak performance.

Our programs are designed specifically for golf performance. Every plan is customized based on your current fitness level, goals, and movement patterns. We focus on functional strength, mobility, power development, and swing efficiency—not just general fitness.

Programs
Yes! Every program is tailored to your individual needs. We begin with a movement and performance assessment, then create a custom training plan based on your goals, schedule, and level of play.
Community
You can try our community for 30 days, risk-free. All we ask is that you follow the rules of the group and complete the assigned tasks. If you do that and you’re not completely satisfied you’re eligible for a 100% refund.
Private Coaching
If you sign up for private coaching and at the end of your coaching program, have not achieved the outcome agreed upon by you and your coach, you will continue to receive coaching until you reach your goal, at no extra cost. However, we cannot offer refunds due to the release of proprietary information during the coaching process.

Program lengths vary depending on your goals, but most start with a 4 to 12-week foundation. We also offer long-term coaching and progression-based plans for continued development.

You can train anywhere. We offer both gym-based and home-based programs using minimal equipment like bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. We’ll design it around what you have access to.
