  • Each week you and three of your friends or family members will compete to win with another team - advancing through the bracket until the final showdown!

  • You will have an exercise program to follow for 4 weeks, where you ca pick muscle-building or weight loss through the I Will Train App

    You can use your own training program - whatever it takes to be your best!

    To follow the program, it’s best to have access to gym equipment. You can always work with what you have but to build muscle and burn fat, gym access is best.

  • You’ll square off against another team of 4 each week to advance to the next level of the bracket.

    Max out your exercise minutes up to 300 minutes per person each week (logged through your connected fitness tracker).

    Every week’s overall winning team wins $100 and the overall Bracket Championship Team wins an additional $100.

    Winning each week could net you $500 - all by working out and staying accountable.

    In addition to exercise minutes, criteria for winning include engagement with the community, and weekly accountability action items!
